Description
Izamura, a brown-haired man with piercing grey eyes, has usurped the mantle of governor over Aiga, a surveillance state gripped by totalitarian control. His regime, rooted in religious extremism, spins the tale of a cataclysm that ripped people and cities skyward—a botched gravity-energy experiment—as divine retribution, weaponizing this narrative to justify banning all upward gazes. Behind this dogma lies cold calculation: Izamura knowingly obscures the truth, deploying propaganda machines and brutal crackdowns to stifle dissent and cement his authority.

A tyrant obsessed with purging "sinners," he twists authority to serve his dogma, hunting dissidents with fanatical zeal. His cruelty sharpens in dealings with Patema, a girl from the underground, whom he stalks with unnerving obsession. Through psychological manipulation and emotional coercion, he seeks to remake her into a compliant disciple, enforcing obedience through threats and a hunger for absolute dominion.

Under Izamura’s rule, Aiga suffocates in fear, each policy a thread in a web of control. His machinations—blending manipulated faith, terror, and warped idealism—anchor the narrative’s examination of power’s corrupting currents, revealing a world where authority festers into oppression.
