Description
Kyoko Mogami, a devoted and selfless girl, moves to Tokyo to support her childhood friend and crush, Sho Fuwa, in his pursuit of becoming a pop idol. She works tirelessly, sacrificing her own education and personal life to ensure Sho’s success. However, after overhearing Sho dismiss her as nothing more than a servant, Kyoko’s heartbreak transforms into a burning desire for revenge. Determined to surpass Sho in the entertainment industry, she sets her sights on becoming a star herself.

Kyoko auditions for LME, a prominent talent agency, where her raw talent and intense emotions catch the attention of the agency’s president. Despite her lack of experience, she is accepted into the agency’s new "Love Me Section," a division designed for individuals who lack the ability to connect with others emotionally. Alongside her fellow Love Me Section members, Kyoko begins her journey to stardom, facing numerous challenges as she navigates the competitive world of acting and entertainment.

As Kyoko takes on various roles, her natural talent and dedication shine through, earning her recognition and respect within the industry. Her interactions with Ren Tsuruga, LME’s top actor and a figure shrouded in mystery, become a central focus. Ren, initially aloof and critical of Kyoko, gradually develops a deep admiration for her determination and unique approach to acting. Their evolving relationship is marked by mutual growth, as Ren helps Kyoko refine her craft while she unknowingly influences him to confront his own emotional barriers.

Throughout the series, Kyoko’s journey is driven by her dual motivations: her quest for revenge against Sho and her growing passion for acting. Her character evolves from a naive, emotionally scarred girl into a confident and skilled performer. The narrative explores themes of self-discovery, resilience, and the transformative power of ambition, as Kyoko learns to channel her pain and anger into her art.

The supporting cast, including the eccentric LME president, the kind-hearted manager Maria, and the enigmatic Ren, each play pivotal roles in Kyoko’s development. Sho, though initially portrayed as selfish and dismissive, is revealed to have his own complexities, adding depth to the story. The series balances humor, drama, and romance, creating a compelling narrative that delves into the intricacies of the entertainment industry and the personal growth of its characters.
