Robbie Daymond is an American voice actor recognized for his extensive work in anime dubbing, animation, and video games. Born Robert Daymond Howard on March 11, 1982, in Chesterfield, Missouri, he developed an interest in acting at a young age. He pursued this passion academically, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2004, followed by a Master of Fine Arts from the same institution in 2007. After relocating to Los Angeles, he began working in voice-over in 2009 and transitioned to it as a full-time career by 2011.

Daymond's first major breakthrough in anime came when he was cast as Mamoru Chiba, also known as Tuxedo Mask, in Viz Media's redub of the iconic series Sailor Moon in 2014. This role established his presence in the industry and he has continued to voice the character in subsequent sequels and films.

Following his debut, Daymond accumulated a wide array of prominent roles in popular anime series. He voices Megumi Fushiguro, one of the central characters in the globally successful series Jujutsu Kaisen. He is also known for his performances as Mumen Rider in One Punch Man, Haganezuka the passionate swordsmith in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Gilthunder in The Seven Deadly Sins, and Vanir in KONOSUBA. His repertoire includes leading roles such as Jin Mori in The God of High School, Ikoma in Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress, and Mitsuki in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. He has also taken on villainous or complex characters, including Goro Akechi in Persona 5: The Animation, Alan Sylvasta in BNA: Brand New Animal, and Flect Turn in My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission.

His voice can be heard in numerous other anime, ranging from long-running series to critically acclaimed films. These include roles like Reinhard Van Astrea in Re:Zero and Isekai Quartet, Killer T Cell in Cells at Work!, Sota Higurashi in Yashahime, Akira Shiroyanagi in Battle Game in 5 Seconds, Mikio Shirato in Megalobox and its sequel Nomad, and Hypnos in Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle. In film, he voiced Shoya Ishida in A Silent Voice, Porta in Patema Inverted, and Kai in Bubble.

Beyond anime, Daymond has had a significant career voicing characters in Western animation. He notably voiced the title character in Marvel's Spider-Man (2017) and has portrayed Spider-Man in various other projects like Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers and Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite. He also voiced SwaySway in Breadwinners and Blake in Get Blake!.

Daymond is also highly active in the video game industry, with performances in major titles such as Prompto Argentum in Final Fantasy XV, Goro Akechi in Persona 5, Hubert von Vestra in Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Sorey in Tales of Zestiria, and River Ward in Cyberpunk 2077. In 2023, he voiced the main character Chai in the critically acclaimed rhythm game Hi-Fi Rush.

A notable achievement outside of traditional voice acting is Daymond's involvement with Critical Role, a popular live-play Dungeons & Dragons web series. He first appeared as the bard Dorian Storm in the spinoff Exandria Unlimited in 2021. His performance was well-received, leading him to reprise the role as a recurring guest in the show's third campaign. His work with Critical Role has expanded to include narrating audiobooks set in their world. In 2025, he co-founded the video game company Sassy Chap Games with fellow voice actors Ray Chase and Max Mittelman.
