Description
Nagare Hisui comes from a family known for robotic speech patterns and emotionally reserved interactions, though underlying affection existed among members. His life changed irrevocably during the Kagutsu Crater Incident. Ignoring evacuation orders while visiting a friend's house to play video games, he witnessed the Damocles Down event firsthand. He alone survived the catastrophic energy wave, despite sustaining a fatal injury when debris pierced his heart. Found by Tenkei Iwafune, Nagare awakened as the Green King, his Sword of Damocles manifesting as his aura substituted for his destroyed heart to sustain him.

Physically, Nagare appears as a pale young man with messy dark green hair covering his left eye. His original blue eyes changed after his King awakening, his left eye now glowing green due to his aura. He wears a teal straitjacket restraining his powers and uses a technologically equipped wheelchair. Unleashing his full power transforms his appearance: his hair turns white, his clothing shifts to flowing white garments, and both eyes become slitted. This released state consumes significant energy, limiting its duration as his powers primarily maintain his survival.

Personality-wise, Nagare displays contrasting traits. He maintains calm, informal relationships with high-ranking JUNGLE clansmen like Sukuna Gojo and Yukari Mishakuji, treating them as family and supporting their interests. However, he readily sacrifices lower-ranked members for strategic gains, viewing them as expendable tools. Skilled in manipulation, he orchestrated the Colorless King's rampage by providing a fox mask and suggesting tactics to destabilize other Kings, though he later claimed no intent to control others. His core motivation stems from a childlike worldview: he genuinely believes granting everyone supernatural abilities via the Dresden Slate will create equality and prevent tragedies like the Kagutsu disaster. He respects Adolf K. Weismann as the only King he acknowledges but declares war when Weismann rejects his vision.

Nagare founded the Green Clan, JUNGLE, as a social media platform where users complete missions to earn points ("JP") and ascend ranks. Lower ranks grant temporary electrical-based powers through PDAs, while J-Rank members gain permanent abilities and direct access to Nagare. He challenged the Gold King, Kokujouji Daikaku, to seize the Dresden Slate but was defeated, acknowledging this as a critical error necessitating building a network of allies. His subsequent operations leveraged JUNGLE's hierarchy to advance his goal of "overwriting the world" by releasing the Slate's full power, believing universal evolution would eliminate human suffering.

Key relationships define his actions. Iwafune Tenkei, who rescued him, serves as a father figure, and Nagare relies on his counsel. He recruits Sukuna Gojo after observing his determination, offering him purpose through JUNGLE. Yukari Mishakuji acts as an enforcer and disciplinarian within the clan. Nagare's story concludes during the confrontation over the Slate. When Weismann destroys it, Nagare loses his King powers. Without his aura sustaining him, he succumbs to his original heart injury, dying with a smile while recalling moments with his closest clansmen.
