Julian Manuel is a German voice actor born on August 18, 1979, in Munich, Bavaria, West Germany. He is primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing, providing the German voices for numerous characters in anime series and films. His work also extends to live-action dubbing for films and television series.

Manuel has built a substantial portfolio of voice roles in anime. He voices Ko Tanaka in the series Why the Hell are You Here, Teacher!? and Mamoru Aikawa in High-Rise Invasion. He is the German voice of En in Dorohedoro and Ryuuji Sakamoto in PERSONA 5 the Animation. In the K franchise, he voices Nagare Hisui across multiple installments, including K: Missing Kings, K: Return of Kings, and K: Seven Stories. He also provides the voice for the Master of the Sky in both Heaven's Lost Property and Heaven's Lost Property Forte. His other notable anime roles include Narcisse in Pokémon: Mega Evolution Special I, Franky in One Piece, Vlad D. Blood in Blood Lad, Ikki Kurogane in Chivalry of a Failed Knight, and Tao in Carole & Tuesday. He has also voiced characters in series such as Record of Ragnarok as Poseidon, Summer Time Rendering as Sou Hishigata, and the 2022 Urusei Yatsura as Tsubame Ozuno and Tsuyuo. His film work includes roles in Maquia - When the Promised Flower Blooms as Haiku and Napping Princess as Iwasaki.
