Jocelyn Robles Guillén is a Mexican voice actress born on June 3, 1991, in Ciudad Madero, Tamaulipas. She began her career in dubbing in 2010 after studying at the school SIGE Produciendo under the instruction of actor Esteban Siller. Her initial opportunity to voice a character was facilitated by actor and director Jesús Barrero, whom she knew from her time as a fan of the industry. Prior to pursuing voice acting, she completed a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

Robles has become recognized for her extensive work in anime dubbing for the Latin American market. Among her most prominent roles is Mitsuha Miyamizu in the critically acclaimed film Your Name. She is also known for voicing Bonnie in the Pokémon XY series and its associated films, including Pokémon the Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction, Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages, and Pokémon the Movie: Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel. Another significant role is Yumeko Jabami in Kakegurui.

Her other notable anime credits include Raphtalia in The Rising of the Shield Hero, Androide Número 18 in Dragon Ball Z Kai and Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, and Itsuki Nakano in The Quintessential Quintuplets. She has voiced Matilda Matisse in the Shaman King series, Elsha Lean in Back Arrow, and Aschera in Drifting Dragons. Her film work also includes Makoto Konno in The Girl Who Leapt Through Time and Umi Matsuzaki in From Up On Poppy Hill.

In addition to these, Robles's filmography encompasses roles in a wide range of other animated projects and franchises. She has provided voices for Rika Shinozaki / Lisbeth in the Sword Art Online franchise, Camilla in Spy × Family, and Elita-1 in Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy.
