Hong Jinuk is a South Korean voice actor affiliated with the Korean Broadcasting System's voice acting division. He joined KBS in 1997 as part of its 28th recruitment class, marking the beginning of his professional career in dubbing foreign films and animated series for Korean audiences.

His filmography is extensive, particularly in the anime genre, where he has lent his voice to a wide variety of characters. He is recognized for his work in the historical fantasy series The Story of Saiunkoku, where he voiced multiple roles including the noble Ensei Rou, the official Soutaifu, and Kou Kurou, showcasing his vocal range within a single franchise. In the mecha genre, he portrayed Erich Kruger in Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO: Apocalypse 0079 and Gabriel Ramirez Garcia in the classic Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket. His other notable anime roles include the powerful Nouza in Gaiking: Legend of Daikū-maryū and the cyborg superhero Great Britain, also known as Cyborg 007, in Cyborg 009 The Cyborg Soldier.
