Midori Sangoumi is a Japanese voice actress, actress, and film director born on September 2 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Her career began on the stage before expanding into variety show reporting, drama, and film acting. This diverse background eventually led to extensive work in voice-over for foreign films and television series, as well as animation.

In the world of anime, Sangoumi is known for the role of Okami, the inn landlady, in the series Skip Beat!. Her other notable anime voice credits include the role of Sashima in RD Sennou Chousashitsu and the character Piko's mother in Stitch!. Her voice acting portfolio is particularly rich in the field of dubbing for overseas productions. She has provided the Japanese dub voice for numerous films, including a lead role as Leila in Cold Fusion, as well as roles in films such as Sugar Rush, The Switch, and the Netflix edition of Beware of the Gorilla.
