Choi Won-hyeong is a South Korean voice actor born on December 5, 1968. He began his career after joining the Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation's voice acting division in 1993 as part of their 11th cohort. His work spans a wide range of media, including animated series, foreign film dubbing, and video games.

His voice acting portfolio is extensive, featuring prominent roles in numerous animated series for Korean audiences. He provided the Korean voice for Hideyuki Makimura in a television edition of City Hunter. In the anime series Erementar Gerad, he voiced the main character Coud Van Giruet. He also took on the roles of Nanashi in MÄR and Tōma Kamijō in A Certain Magical Index.
