Phil Fritz is a racing driver featured in the anime Future GPX Cyber Formula Saga, with a later appearance in the follow-up series Sin. He is an American teenager, born on February 14, 2001, and he holds the distinction of being the first Black driver among the main racers in the franchise. His appearance is marked by a tall, athletic build, purple eyes, and short blonde hair cut to ear length, which is noted as dyed.
