Seon Lee is a South Korean voice actress born on May 19, 1972. She is best known for her extensive work in dubbing Japanese anime series into Korean, bringing a wide array of characters to life for Korean audiences. One of her prominent roles is providing the Korean voice for Kanade Jinguji, the student council president in the anime series Best Student Council.

Her career in anime dubbing is diverse, featuring leading and supporting roles across multiple genres. She voiced the main character Naru Narusegawa in the Korean dubs of the Love Hina specials. She also took on the role of Kyoko Mogami in Skip Beat! and played Mikoto Suou in School Rumble and its subsequent seasons. In the fantasy series Fate/stay night, she voiced Sakura Matou, and she played Illumi Zoldyck in both the 1999 television series and the original video animation of Hunter X Hunter. Other notable anime credits include Yukari Hayasaka in Paradise Kiss, Kotaro Higuchi in Pita-Ten, and Wendy Gallet in GUNxSWORD. Her work also extends to long-running franchises, where she voiced Rosa in Pokémon and Shinku in Rozen Maiden and its sequel, Rozen Maiden: Träumend. Additionally, she has been involved in dubbing for films, such as providing the voice for the title character Nobita in a Doraemon movie.

Beyond anime, Lee's voice acting portfolio includes work in other media. She voiced the character Alisa in an episode of the Korean dub for the classic series Cowboy Bebop. She also contributed voice work to the video game Super Smash Bros. Brawl, voicing the Pokémon Trainer in the Korean version. Her career also encompasses work in children's programming, most notably as the long-time Korean voice of the beloved character Pororo in the animated series Pororo the Little Penguin. In addition to voice acting, she has appeared in live-action roles on South Korean television, including the role of Teacher Dingdong on the EBS children's program Ding Dong Dang Kindergarten.
