Description
Hyoe Kuroda is a high-ranking officer in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police, holding the position of First Division Managing Officer. Prior to this assignment, he served as the First Division Chief for the Nagano Prefectural Police. His career began at the National Police Agency, but his path took a dramatic turn following a severe accident that left him in a ten-year coma. The incident resulted in the loss of his right eye, which detective Yui Uehara suspects has been replaced with a prosthetic. The prolonged trauma also turned his hair white and caused him to lose some of his memories, drastically changing his appearance from before the accident. Upon recovering from his coma, he was reassigned to Nagano, where he first encountered Conan Edogawa, before eventually being transferred to Tokyo to fill the position left vacant by Kiyonaga Matsumoto.
