Ulises Maynardo Zavala is a Mexican voice actor and dubbing director with a extensive career in Latin Spanish dubbing for animation, live-action series, and films. Born on October 22, 1971, in Mexico City, he is the son of the late voice actor Maynardo Zavala. He studied at the National School of Music of the National Autonomous University of Mexico and the Centro de Arte Dramático Coyoacanense, and also works professionally as a baritone opera singer.

Zavala's voice acting career spans several decades, during which he has provided voices for numerous anime series. Among his most recognized anime roles are Bjorn in the Latin Spanish dub of Vinland Saga, a role produced at Audiomaster Candiani in Mexico. He is also known for voicing Chief in Megalobox 2: Nomad. In Demashitaa! Powerpuff Girls Z, he voiced multiple characters, including Him, Sombrerón (Bossman), Princess' father, and Tokio Matsubara.
