Yukimasa Kishino is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and narrator. He was born on October 21, 1955, in Edogawa, Tokyo. He is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production and has been active in the entertainment industry since 1979.

Beyond his voice work, Kishino is deeply involved in theatrical entertainment. He is the founder and chairman of his own theatrical group, Gekidan Kishino Gumi. The group includes fellow voice actors Kujira and Masaaki Okura among its members. Prior to forming his own company, he was a member of the theatrical musical group Gekidan Basara.

Kishino's voice acting career is extensive, with numerous roles in anime, video games, and dubbing. He is known for his deep voice and often portrays powerful secondary characters, authority figures, and villains. Some of his most recognized anime roles include Jun Uozumi in Slam Dunk, Butta (Burter) and King Vegeta in the Dragon Ball Z series, and Higuma in One Piece. He also voices Hyōe Kuroda in the long-running Detective Conan series. Other notable anime credits include Lafarga in Magic Knight Rayearth, Mitsuru Kawata in Akira, and characters in Cowboy Bebop and Trigun.

In the realm of video games, he is most famous for his long-standing role as the voice of Cao Cao in the Dynasty Warriors and Warriors Orochi series. His other prominent game roles include Brad Wong in Dead or Alive 3 and Dead or Alive 4, Dr. Warumon in the TwinBee series, and Walter Bernhard in Castlevania: Lament of Innocence.

Kishino's work also extends to dubbing foreign films and series. Notably, he provided the Japanese voice for the Great Prince of the Forest in the Disney film Bambi. He has also appeared in tokusatsu productions such as B-Fighter Kabuto and Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger. His hobbies include boxing.
