He sports messy blue hair, stubble, and large reflective sunglasses hiding his teal eyes. His slouched posture and consistently wrinkled attire—a loose white shirt, black tie, and black jeans—form his undercover identity, enabling discreet surveillance of student activities and intelligence gathering on the Kiryūin family's manipulation of Life Fibers. His true allegiance lies with the anti-Life Fiber resistance, Nudist Beach, where he holds the rank of Splendid Naked Officer.
Removing his sunglasses and sweeping back his hair transforms Mikisugi into a strikingly handsome, well-built young man. This shift often coincides with him flamboyantly removing his shirt, revealing nipples that emit a distinctive bright pink-purple glow—a signature trait of his Nudist Beach role. He operates the vehicle Naked Shooting Star and exhibits a strong aversion to the name "Dōtonbori Robo," insisting it be called "DTR" with uncharacteristic seriousness.
