Description
Queen Nehelenia is a principal antagonist in the Sailor Moon anime, first introduced in the SuperS season as the ruler of the Dead Moon Circus and later returning as the central threat of the opening six-episode story arc of Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. In that arc, she is freed from her long imprisonment and sets out to destroy Sailor Moon and everything the heroine loves.
