Smart Kyūbi is a Fairy-attributed Dressia in the Aikatsu Planet! universe. Its design features lavender and white fur with purple eyes, complemented by white fur on the brows, neck, chest, and forelegs. The inside of its ears displays an aurora gradient color. Its glitter-decorated purple tail fades into the same aurora hue, accented by white at the tip. A distinctive white bow with a diamond adorns its neck.

Personality-wise, Smart Kyūbi exhibits shyness and hides emotions, particularly during its first meeting with Hana. It demonstrates gratitude when selected as the Dressia for a Swing, its swishing tails expressing happiness. Its background is undefined, though it shares a history with Aurora Pegasus, who remarks on its enduring bashfulness when Hana requests its power. After Hana obtains Pureful Phoenix, Smart Kyūbi ceases appearing.

This Dressia debuted in Part 1 of the Data Carddass Aikatsu Planet! arcade game and first appeared in the anime's third episode, "My Heart Beats for the Dress♡". It is not featured in subsequent seasons, films, or spin-offs. It appears in non-performance scenes, performances, and promotional art.

For Swing transformations, Smart Kyūbi enables a dress comprising a white collared top with a glittery blue vest, a pastel indigo jacket with rainbow-gradient ornate framing, and a matching peplum skirt adorned with blue-pink diamonds. The accompanying footwear consists of pastel rainbow-gradient short boots with pearl anklets and patterned white stockings. Its Swing cards include a Premium Rare variant (Level 8) that fills the Dressia gauge faster for all users against non-Music attributes and a Rare variant (Level 5) that boosts the Main Battle Level by 1 when facing Premium Rare opponents.
