Description
Felix Schindler served as Chief Conductor of the New York Symphonica, operating directly under Grand Maestro Sagan as his trusted right-hand. He wielded considerable authority within the organization, commanding subordinates and Musicarts, though it was later revealed he lacked genuine conducting ability. His partnership with the Musicart Hell appeared functional outwardly, but she offered only superficial obedience, treating their interactions as a comedic performance.

Originally aspiring to be a musician, Schindler failed to achieve his dreams, fueling bitter resentment towards those with innate musical talent like Takt Asahina. This failure bred a hatred for music itself, which he deemed useless and unreliable. He perceived the world through an elitist lens, believing only the strong deserved to survive and that he was destined to lead a purified nation. This ideology drove him to manipulate D2 monsters, exploiting Hell's tuning fork abilities to awaken and control them. He directed attacks on populated areas to eliminate those he considered unworthy or weak, rationalizing these genocidal actions as nation-building or cleaning up garbage.

Schindler orchestrated the pivotal Boston Tragedy, a D2 attack during a Symphonica gathering. This event resulted in the death of Kenji Asahina and critically injured Cosette Schneider, who later transformed into the Musicart Destiny. He later targeted Takt Asahina and Destiny as obstacles, attempting to forcibly recruit them. Following their refusal, he intensified efforts to eliminate them, directly disobeying Sagan’s orders.

His unauthorized actions and protocol violations led to his demotion by Sagan in Episode 8. Stripped of position, uniform, and authority, he was arrested by the Symphonica. This downfall exposed his fraudulent conducting abilities and severed his control over Hell, who openly mocked his loss of status. The abrupt removal triggered a severe mental breakdown, leaving him incoherent and delusional. He was confined to a mental hospital, inactive and detached from events.

Schindler’s name references Anton Felix Schindler, Beethoven’s biographer, who was discredited for fabricating aspects of the composer’s life. His character design, featuring blonde hair and blue eyes, and his ideology advocating racial purification through genocide, contain deliberate allusions to Nazi doctrines.
