Description
Blanc, alias White Heart in HDD form, functions as the Console Patron Unit (CPU) of Lowee, embodying the Wii and Wii U consoles. Her human form appears as a petite girl measuring 144 cm (4'9") with sandy-brown hair, blue eyes, and a distinctive white cap. Transforming into HDD increases her height to 146 cm (4'9"), alters her appearance to light blue hair and crimson eyes, and outfits her in a battle suit resembling a white swimsuit accented in blue. Her NEXT form features longer dark blue hair styled in pigtails, orangish-red eyes, a light blue bodysuit, and angelic wings.

Her personality displays duality: typically quiet, introverted, and reserved, she prefers hobbies like reading and writing fiction. However, she possesses a volatile temper triggered by remarks about her small breast size or interruptions to her creative work. This rage erupts in violent outbursts and profanity, particularly directed at Vert (CPU of Leanbox) due to jealousy over physical appearance. Despite this volatility, she demonstrates deep loyalty to her younger sisters, Rom and Ram, though their mischievous actions frequently strain their relationship.

As White Heart, she adopts a more assertive and combat-oriented demeanor, exhibiting heightened aggression and diminished patience. This form amplifies her protective instincts over Lowee's citizens, despite remaining the least physically mature CPU. Her weapon shifts from a hammer in human form to an axe/maul in HDD form, wielding ice-elemental attacks such as *Gefahrlichtern* (summoning ice energy balls) and *Blaster Controller* (firing ice spikes in NEXT form).

Key conflicts shape her background across multiple dimensions:
- During the Great Console War, she conspired with fellow CPUs to exile Purple Heart (Neptune), overconfident in their equal power.
- In *mk2*/*Re;Birth2*, ASIC forces imprisoned her for three years within the Gamindustri Graveyard. Following rescue, she aided Nepgear's party, expressing gratitude for her sisters' safety and forging mentorship bonds with Nepgear over shared literary interests.
- *Victory*/*Re;Birth3* depicted her antagonism toward other CPUs amidst a share-power decline, culminating in emotional vulnerability when criticized by Noire. Later collaborations against Rei Ryghts and interdimensional threats softened her stance, though tensions with Noire endured.
- *Megadimension Neptunia VII* saw her combatting reputation-damaging "CPU Shift Period" rumors in Lowee. She participated in a multinational festival to restore shares but suffered defeat by Gold Third attackers, leading to Gamindustri's rewriting. Her subsequent quest involved locating the missing Rom and Ram amid widespread societal memory loss.

Significant relationships include:
- **Rom and Ram**: She struggles to balance deep affection with disciplinary demands, sometimes threatening in frustration to "barter" them to Vert, yet consistently prioritizing their safety above all else.
- **Nepgear**: She respects Nepgear's sensibility, relies on her to supervise Rom and Ram, and fosters mutual trust through shared intellectual pursuits.
- **Vert**: A recurring rivalry fueled by jealousy over physical appearance, punctuated by rare moments of cooperation.

Her narrative arc emphasizes growth from isolation toward reluctant collaboration, underpinned by insecurities about leadership and creative inadequacy. Despite her passion for writing, her stories are universally regarded as poor quality, a critique she remains unaware of.

*Hyperdimension Neptunia Hi☆Light* (2020) compiles existing animation sequences without introducing new character-specific developments beyond established lore.
