Description
Pururut, known as Plutia outside Japan, is the Console Patron Unit of Planeptune within the Ultra Dimension, a parallel world mirroring 1980s console development. She boasts lilac hair braided with a pink ribbon, magenta eyes, and pale skin, dressed perpetually in sleepwear: a teal-and-pink dress with a frilled collar, striped socks, and bear-shaped slippers. Her transformed state, Iris Heart, undergoes a dramatic metamorphosis: dark purple hair, squinted dark pink eyes, and a dominatrix-inspired black bodysuit with magenta accents, high heels, and a choker.

Base-form Plutia projects a calm, lethargic demeanor, speaking slowly and seeming perpetually tired. She often neglects goddess duties for napping, crafting stuffed dolls, or socializing. Despite her gentle exterior, minor sadistic tendencies emerge, like using voodoo-like doll attacks in combat. She deeply values friendship, forming bonds easily and assigning nicknames. Anger or transformation into Iris Heart flips her personality into that of a brutal dominatrix, who revels in inflicting physical and psychological torment on foes and allies alike, using punishment and humiliation for control or motivation, though underlying care for allies remains.

Her core narrative unfolds in *Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory* and its remake *Re;Birth3*. She first encounters Neptune after the latter falls into the Ultra Dimension and aids her return home. Key events include reclaiming Lowee alongside Blanc, resolving conflicts involving the Seven Sages, assisting the amnesiac Peashy, and confronting Rei Ryghts to prevent cross-dimensional destruction. Accidentally traveling to the Hyper Dimension with Neptune, her Iris Heart form helps contain Rei’s dark energy, stabilizing the dimensional portal for future visits. In *Re;Birth3*’s added chapter, she defends Planeptune against mobile game developers Bamo and Regu, exiling them after victory.

In spin-offs and other media, Plutia leads a zombie army in *MegaTagmension Blanc*, serves as a beta tester and tailor in *Cyberdimension Neptunia*, and is a playable scout via DLC in *Megadimension Neptunia VII*. She features in crossovers like *Sangoku Taisen Smash* and *Superdimension Neptune vs. Sega Hard Girls*, governing the Mega Drive era. In the *Hyperdimension Neptunia* anime, she unexpectedly enters the Hyper Dimension in Episode 6, staying temporarily with Neptune. A later cameo in the *Hello New World* manga involves a slumber party prank where she feigns death.

In combat, Plutia wields dolls in her base form and the broad katana Galient Sword as Iris Heart. Her abilities focus on lightning-element magic and rush attacks, featuring high intelligence but lower physical defense. A unique EXE Drive skill transforms her into a stealth-bomber-like final CPU form. Significant relationships include a close, playful bond with Neptune; a longstanding friendship with Ultra Dimension Noire; and mutual respect with Blanc, whom she helped liberate Lowee. Hyper Dimension goddesses fear her due to Iris Heart's traumatic presence.
