Miwa is a student at Ishiyama High School who calls himself Queen and believes he is the most beautiful person in the school. His primary motivation is to defeat Aoi Kunieda, whom he despises because she holds the title of Queen Kunieda. He treats the MK5, a group of five underclassmen, as his subordinates and physically disciplines their acting leader, Ikari, whenever they address Aoi as Queen. The MK5 appear to fear him, suggesting that he is stronger than the five of them combined. However, Tatsumi Oga easily defeats Miwa early in the story, establishing his limited impact on the larger narrative. In terms of relationships, his main antagonism is directed toward Aoi, and he has no notable alliances or friendships. He serves as a minor supporting character and a brief obstacle, with little character development or growth over the course of the series. Besides his implied physical strength relative to the MK5, no specialized abilities or unique combat skills are demonstrated.
