TV-Series
Description
Noa Hiiragi is a senior student at the same school as Taro Sado, first appearing in the fifth volume of the original light novel series. She serves as the president of the school’s Invention Club and is a certified genius with an intelligence quotient measured at over two hundred. Her birthday falls in September, making her zodiac sign Virgo. Physically, she has short green hair, green eyes, and is often seen wearing a school uniform with a ribbon or side ponytail.
Noa possesses an energetic and extroverted personality. She genuinely enjoys helping others, but her methods are frequently unconventional and may cause chaos. Despite her intellectual brilliance, she harbors insecurities about her inability to lead what she considers a normal life. This insecurity drives her to create a machine capable of turning everyone in the world into perverts, though she is ultimately persuaded to abandon the plan by Taro Sado, who also saves her when the damaged device nearly falls on her. Noa’s physical strength is notable; she can overpower men twice her size, often using that strength to protect others or to enforce discipline in her own way.
Her role in the story is that of a supporting character who interacts primarily with Taro and the main cast. She brings a mix of comic relief and genuine concern for her friends. Noa’s motivation centers on her desire to be accepted and to find a place where she fits in, which occasionally leads her to extreme inventions as a way to cope with her feelings of alienation. Her key relationships include Taro Sado, whom she respects and eventually opens up to, and Himura Yukinojō, her lolicon assistant in the Invention Club.
Over the course of the series, Noa shows some development as she learns to trust others and becomes less isolated in her genius. She does not undergo a dramatic transformation but matures in her willingness to rely on people rather than only on her inventions. Notable abilities include her exceptionally high intelligence, her skill as an inventor capable of building complex machines, and her surprising physical strength. These traits make her a memorable member of the ensemble in MM!
