Description
Prince Zera is a character in the anime Cutie Honey Flash who first appears under the alias of the Twilight Prince. He is an adult man with very long white hair reaching past his hips and gray eyes, and he is frequently seen holding white flowers. In the early part of the story, he presents himself as a mysterious benefactor to Honey Kisaragi, giving her the choker and ring that allow her to transform into Cutie Honey. Because the two first meet at twilight, Honey privately comes to call him the Twilight Prince, and he continues to appear in her life afterward as a romantic and enigmatic protector who watches over her from the shadows, offers her help and advice, and even becomes the recipient of her first kiss.

Honey and Seira were survivors of a series of artificially created humans designed to possess the Atmospheric Element Condenser, a device developed by Honey's father in cooperation with Zera under the auspices of Panther Claw. After the project was destroyed, Honey was found and raised by Dr. Kisaragi, while Seira was taken in by Zera and Panther Zora. It was through this arrangement that Seira's heart was poisoned by Panther Zora's influence, setting the stage for her eventual transformation into Misty Honey as a rival to Cutie Honey. Zera's role in Seira's upbringing is therefore central to her development as an antagonist.
