Description
Reghindetz serves as a Neighbor and soldier in the Galopoula Expedition Force. His appearance features chin-length platinum blond hair cut with even bangs across his forehead.

Personality-wise, he exhibits impulsiveness, a tempestuous nature, and outspoken tendencies, coupled with a capacity for manipulation. He nurses a profound grudge against Aftokrator for conquering his homeland, Galopoula. Despite this vengeful drive, he possesses moral boundaries, evidenced by his horror when witnessing Hyuse seemingly murder a child.

His background includes a traumatic childhood experience during Aftokrator's suppression of Galopoula's Mother Trigger. Present as a boy at the disaster scene, he encountered Hyrein's Expedition Force. Ranbanein contemplated eliminating him, but Hyrein ordered him spared, observing the boy had already lost his will to fight.

During Galopoula's invasion of Mikado City, Reghindetz initially monitored Trion Warriors' progress from hiding. Following Koskero's defeat, he entered the battle directly. He deployed multiple Dogs and advanced toward the city to draw Border's attention, though agents ignored him based on intelligence indicating minimal collateral damage. His frustration intensified when Hyuse appeared, complicating his orders to eliminate Hyuse if necessary.

Reghindetz attempted manipulation, urging Hyuse to take Yōtarō hostage to prove loyalty and redirect Border's hostility toward Aftokrator. When Hyuse instead feigned killing Yōtarō, Reghindetz reacted with shock and revealed Galopoula never planned to retrieve Hyuse, intending to kill him if he interfered. After Yōtarō emerged unharmed, exposing Reghindetz's deception, Reghindetz activated his Trigger in anger. He was swiftly defeated by Hyuse and forced to retreat.

In combat, he wielded two Triggers: Thugater, a spiked whip replacing his right arm for offense, and Radar, an enhanced detection system identifying humans and Trion warriors through Bagworm stealth while tracking their movements. Border assessed his tactical parameters as Trion (7), Attack (8), Defense/Support (6), Mobility (8), Skill (7), Range (4), Command (5), and Special Tactics (5), totaling 50.

Trivia notes his name is an anagram of "Kiteretsu" from *Kiteretsu Daihyakka*, modified with voiced consonants and added characters. His known preferences include Gatlin’s wife’s homemade stew, apples, and card betting.
