Description
Policewoman Notti, also referred to as Nocchi, is a supporting character in the anime Kaitō Reinya. She is a police officer assigned to the Oedo Police Station, which is located directly beside the convenience store Faminya, where the main character Reinya works in her everyday guise. Notti is one of three officers at the station who repeatedly attempt to capture the phantom thief, and she is the most easygoing member of the group.
Notti is portrayed as a carefree and naturally absent-minded policewoman. Her defining verbal tic is the catchphrase "Iyan," a playful and coy exclamation she uses frequently. Her scatterbrained behavior often interrupts police business; in one episode, for example, she suddenly shouts an unrelated statement about Reinya and wanders out of the police station while the captain is present.
