Arisa Noto is a Japanese voice actress, singer, and choreographer born on December 26, 1988, in Chiba Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Style Cube and is also known by her nickname, Nocchi. Her career in the entertainment industry began before her voice acting work, originating in the idol industry when she joined the Hello! Project Egg trainee program in 2004. During her time with Hello! Project, she was a member of the futsal team and associated idol group Gatas Brilhantes H.P., as well as the ecology-focused group Tomoiki Ki wo Uetai. She graduated from Hello! Pro Egg in 2009 to focus on a career as a talent and voice actress.

Noto's voice acting career includes a range of roles in anime television series, OVAs, and web animations. She is known for her portrayal of Asuka Kyōno in the web anime series Kyō no Asuka Show and as Mihari Otosuna in the television anime series The Comic Artist and His Assistants. Other notable voice roles include Sera Eguchi in Saki Achiga-hen episode of Side-A, Maiko Kotori in Nakaimo - My Sister Is Among Them!, and Nigi Ubuzato in The Severing Crime Edge. She has also lent her voice to various video game characters, such as Cui in the Fairy Fencer F series and Lilith in Makai Shin Trillion.

Beyond her on-screen voice work, Noto has made significant contributions to the anime and game industry as a choreographer and motion capture actor. Her work in this area includes providing motion capture and choreography for major franchises such as Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA, The Idolmaster franchise, Persona 4: Dancing All Night, and the Aikatsu! anime series. She was also a founding member of the voice actress idol unit StylipS, which formed in 2011, and she was responsible for much of the group's choreography.
