Konayuki Itezora is a young girl and the last surviving member of the Itezora clan, a secluded group living atop Mount Odori in the Ezo region whose members are known for their incredible physical strength and endurance. She was born into this clan but was regarded as the weakest child among her peers. Her entire village was massacred by Nanami Yasuri, an event she witnessed firsthand, leaving her as the sole survivor. Despite this tragedy, Konayuki is self-sufficient and capable of living alone in the harsh mountain environment. She becomes the sixth opponent that Shichika Yasuri faces in his quest to collect the twelve Deviant Blades. Konayuki is the owner of the Deviant Blade Soutou Kanazuchi, a massive weapon she wields effortlessly, while even Shichika is unable to lift it. When Togame and Shichika travel to Ezo in search of this blade, Konayuki rescues them from freezing to death and forms a friendship with them. She is notable for being the first person to defeat Shichika in combat, a testament to her immense strength. Her motivations are rooted in survival and the desire for companionship in the wake of her clan's destruction. Throughout her interactions, she displays a friendly and resilient nature, adapting to her solitary life while forming meaningful bonds with the protagonists. Her exceptional physical power, inherited from her clan, is her most defining ability, allowing her to perform feats far beyond the capacity of ordinary humans.
