Mina Tepeş, whose full name is Wilhelmina Vlad Țepeș, is the female protagonist of Dance in the Vampire Bund and the current ruler of all vampires on Earth. She is a direct descendant of Vlad Țepeș, commonly known as Dracula, and belongs to the pure-blooded vampire royal family. Despite being centuries old, she appears as a prepubescent girl around ten years of age due to having awakened her vampire powers prematurely, which drastically slowed her physical growth. Her default childlike form is also a deliberate disguise, as she possesses the ability to transform into her true adult form, which is tall and striking, resembling a succubus-like figure.
