Description
Peppo is a supporting character in Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo, introduced early in the story as a member of the bandit gang that kidnaps the young aristocrat Albert de Morcerf during the Carnival festival on the moon city of Luna. After this incident, Peppo changes course and enters the Morcerf household as a maid, a position she takes on voluntarily and that places her in regular contact with Albert and his family.
Peppo is a youthful figure with shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes, and throughout the series she identifies and presents herself as female, though she was assigned male at birth.
