Kazehana is the Sekirei known as Number 03, carrying the name which means Wind Flower. She is a tall, extremely buxom woman with dark hair and a mature, confident bearing, typically dressed in a very short, form-fitting purple dress that led to Miya nicknaming her the Public Obscenity or Obscene Exhibitionist. Her measurements are listed as 98-60-92, and she stands 170 cm tall.
Kazehana possesses a relaxed and hedonistic personality, most often seen lounging around while drinking sake and becoming giddy when the topic turns to love. This carefree exterior, however, masks a powerful and seasoned warrior who does not tolerate being talked down to by anyone except for a select few individuals, specifically Miya, Minaka, and eventually Minato.
