Description
Akiyama Nobuhiko is the leader of the Northern Saitama Alliance, a racing team from Saitama Prefecture. He is a young man of slender build with brown hair that falls to his neck and brown eyes behind a pair of glasses, giving him an intellectual appearance. He is known to live in Higashimatsuyama in Saitama.
Nobuhiko is defined by his sharp, analytical mind rather than his ability behind the wheel. He is highly intelligent and methodical, preferring to approach racing as a strategic puzzle rather than a test of pure instinct or bravery. This intellectual nature is his greatest asset.
