Description
Pokota is a stuffed lion plush toy belonging to Himeko Nonohara, the main character of Hime-chan's Ribbon. He was originally an ordinary plush lion that Himeko's father bought for her, and his formal name was Alexandre, though Himeko nicknamed him Pokota. He is Himeko's favorite and most cherished childhood companion. When Princess Erika of the Magic Kingdom lends Himeko a magical ribbon, the ribbon's power brings Pokota to life. As long as Himeko wears the ribbon, Pokota can speak, move, and behave like a living creature. When she is not wearing it, he returns to being an ordinary stuffed toy.
In terms of personality, Pokota is cool-headed, sensible, and dependable. He serves as Himeko's closest friend and her voice of reason, often acting as an advisor who helps her out of difficult situations. Because Himeko is impulsive, reckless, and quick to leap into action, Pokota frequently ends up following along with her schemes while also trying to steer her away from trouble.
