Kazue Ikura is a veteran Japanese voice actress and narrator born on March 23, 1959, in Nagano Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. Ikura began her career after graduating from the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society (Haikyo) Acting Institute. Her debut in voice acting came in 1979, and she has built a prolific and enduring career spanning several decades. Between April 1991 and February 1995, she was credited under the name Kazu Ikura.

Ikura is widely recognized for a range of iconic roles, demonstrating a particular versatility in portraying both young boys and spirited women. One of her most celebrated and long-running roles is that of Kaori Makimura in the City Hunter franchise, a part she first played in 1987 and has continued to voice in numerous sequels, specials, and recent theatrical films such as City Hunter: Shinjuku Private Eyes (2019) and City Hunter: Angel Dust (2023). Another significant early role was the dual character of Toraoh and Shoryushi in the beloved fantasy series Mashin Hero Wataru and its various sequels and OVAs.

She has taken on lead roles in series such as The Three-Eyed One, where she played Hosuke Sharaku, and Robin Hood's Great Adventure, voicing the titular character.
