Description
Oichi is the younger sister of Oda Nobunaga and the wife of Azai Nagamasa, a position that places her at the center of one of the series' most tragic storylines. Because of her bloodline, she is sometimes called the Demon Queen, a title that weighs heavily on her. Her marriage to Nagamasa was originally arranged by Nobunaga as a political strategy, with Oichi sent to spy on her new husband.
