Description
Assistant Director is the English dub name for the character Sandayū Asama, who serves as the personal attendant and protector of Yukie Fujikaze, the actress also known as Koyuki Kazahana. In his youth, he lived at Kazahana Castle, where he witnessed the fire that destroyed it, an event from which he and a young Koyuki managed to escape. Following this tragedy, he dedicated his life to becoming her caretaker and guardian. His personality is defined by deep loyalty and selflessness; he is willing to sacrifice his own life to ensure Yukie’s safety and places her happiness and well-being above all other concerns. He possesses a strong fighting spirit rooted in a personal sense of justice, which drives him to act against those who would cause harm.
