Description
Dotou Kazehana is the primary antagonist of the first Naruto film and serves as the tyrannical leader of the Land of Snow. His rise to power was born from a violent coup d'état; he instigated a rebellion against his own family in his obsessive search for a legendary treasure. This ambition ultimately led him to murder his older brother, Sosetsu Kazehana, who was the rightful ruler of the land.
