Description
Kyle was the legendary king who defeated the Demon King Angmund a century before the main narrative, establishing lasting peace for Orvelia. He wielded the holy sword Eia, bestowed by Lua, goddess of light, as the sole weapon capable of destroying Angmund. During their final battle, Eia lost its power and Angmund corrupted Kyle's mind, ultimately seizing control of his body to facilitate his own resurrection a century later.
He was the younger adoptive brother of the dark elf Illya. To preserve his bloodline, the sage Dominicus cast a spell placing Kyle's wife in deep slumber. She awakened years later and bore Kyle's only son, Kasel.
Angmund successfully resurrected through Kyle's body as a vessel. In this form, Angmund confronted Kasel, intending to kill him. Kasel used both Eia and Illya's techno-magical device to destroy Angmund's armor and free Kyle's consciousness. In his final moments, Kyle revealed his own power had been insufficient to destroy Angmund permanently. This realization led him to implore Lua to grant Eia to his son, believing Kasel could succeed where he failed. After a final declaration of love for Kasel, Kyle's soul departed peacefully.
