Description
Ragnarok, also known as the Demon Sword, is a demon weapon partner to the meister Crona in Soul Eater. He was originally a normal demon weapon who was melted by the witch Medusa Gorgon in a vat of Black Blood while in weapon form, then mixed into Crona's bloodstream. This forced symbiosis fused Ragnarok's existence with Crona's body, making him reside inside his partner and emerge, often from Crona's back, in a humanoid form with a crude and mocking demeanor. In his true form, Ragnarok appears as a formidable double-edged black sword with a two-handed hilt.
In personality, Ragnarok is rude, abrasive, loud-mouthed, and highly confident in his abilities. He has a bullying nature that contrasts sharply with Crona's introverted and submissive personality, and he constantly torments his partner through physical pestering and verbal abuse, such as giving noogies, pinching Crona's nose, hitting him on the head, and stealing his food.
