Hawk's Eye is a fictional character from the anime Sailor Moon SuperS, serving as one of the three primary antagonists known collectively as the Amazon Trio. Operating under the command of Zirconia, the trio's mission is to locate the mystical being Pegasus, who is hidden within the dreams of specific humans. Hawk's Eye, along with his counterparts Tiger's Eye and Fish Eye, was originally an animal, a hawk, that was granted a human-like form by the power of a magic orb to serve the Dead Moon Circus.

In terms of his physical appearance, Hawk's Eye is designed with a flamboyant and striking look. He has bright, wild, pink hair that stands upward and piercing red eyes. Distinguishing features include two red stripes under his left eye and a unique metal ornament on his forehead, which has two small diamond shapes pointing up and down, setting him apart from the other members of the trio. He also wears small silver hoop earrings and has pointed ears. His typical attire consists of a light purple toga-like top, a matching skirt, purple tights, dark purple shoes, brown gloves, and a low brown choker. When he adopts a disguise to blend in with humans, his forehead decoration and facial stripes vanish, and his ears take on a normal, rounded shape.

The personality of Hawk's Eye is defined by a specific romantic preference that dictates his methods as a villain. Unlike Tiger's Eye, who pursues younger women, Hawk's Eye is characterized by his distinct preference for targeting older, mature women in his search for the Dream Mirror containing Pegasus. This preference often leads to playful yet competitive disagreements with Tiger's Eye, and while they frequently argue, there is an underlying sense of camaraderie and friendship between them. He approaches his mission with a certain degree of confidence, being powerful enough to effortlessly block Sailor Moon's Moon Spiral Heart Attack during their first encounter.

His role in the story is primarily that of an adversary who systematically hunts for Pegasus by extracting the Dream Mirrors of his chosen victims. When a target is selected, he uses a small torch as his primary weapon, capable of blowing powerful streams of fire at his enemies. He is also able to travel by leaping through a hoop made of brown feathers. In combat, he summons creatures called Lemures from shadows to fight the Sailor Guardians on his behalf; consistent with his preferences, the Lemures he sends are all female.

The key relationships within the Amazon Trio form the core of Hawk's Eye's development. While he bickers with Tiger's Eye, he shares a notably different bond with Fish Eye. His most significant character moment occurs near the end of the Amazon Trio arc. When the trio is betrayed by Zirconia and targeted for elimination by a powerful Lemure named Mr. Magic Pierrot, Hawk's Eye makes a pivotal choice. As the Lemure launches a deadly attack at Fish Eye, Hawk's Eye selflessly jumps in front of his comrade to shield him, suffering a mortal wound in the process. Before succumbing to his injuries, he uses his fire attack against the enemy and gives Fish Eye the magical orb that granted them their human forms, hoping the others can use it to change their fates.

This act of sacrifice marks the pinnacle of his development, transforming him from a seemingly vain villain into a loyal and heroic figure. After his death and the demise of Tiger's Eye and Fish Eye, they all revert to their original animal forms: a hawk, a tiger, and a fish. In a final act of redemption, Pegasus restores them to life, granting them true human forms and their own Dream Mirrors, a gift that allows them to pursue their own dreams and identities. They are then taken to live peacefully in the crystal forest of Elysion, Pegasus's dream world. Beyond his fire-breathing ability and summoning of Lemures, Hawk's Eye does not display a wide array of supernatural powers, relying instead on his physical combat skills and the magical items provided to him by the Dead Moon Circus.
