TV-Series
Description
Misaki Miyashita is a junior high sophomore student who owns Budoko, one of the akikan girls in the series. Her background is marked by a deep sense of isolation: she was a timid girl who hid inside her shell and did not have any friends. Her fear of forming close relationships stems from her experience with her parents, whose relationship soured to the point of mutual hatred, leading Misaki to believe that any friendship will inevitably end the same way. This anxiety keeps her withdrawn and hesitant to reach out to others.

Despite her shyness, Misaki has a calm and gentle disposition. Her primary hobby is drawing, and she often refers to people using otaku terminology, reflecting her immersion in anime and manga culture. These traits provide a window into her inner world and serve as a coping mechanism for her loneliness.

In the story, Misaki functions as a supporting character who provides a more subdued contrast to the energetic akikan battles and the antics of the main cast. As Budoko's owner, she is drawn into the conflict between steel and aluminum cans, though her role is less about fighting and more about her personal growth. Her key relationships include her bond with Budoko, who likely helps her slowly come out of her shell, and her interactions with Kakeru Daichi and the other akikan owners, which gradually challenge her fear of closeness.

Over the course of the series, Misaki begins to open up, gaining confidence and learning to trust others. She does not possess any supernatural or combat abilities; her strengths lie in her artistic talent and her emerging capacity for empathy and friendship.
