Lyuze is a female robot who originally served as one of the guardians of Luna, alongside her sister Liza and the warriors Dune and Niko. After Casshern killed Luna, a cataclysmic event known as the ruin began, causing robots to rust and die. Liza was injured by Casshern while protecting Luna and later succumbed to corrosion, which drove Lyuze to dedicate herself to avenging her sister. She pursues Casshern with the intent to kill him, but when Casshern willingly offers her the chance to end his life, she hesitates and cannot bring herself to do it. Instead, Lyuze begins to follow and accompany Casshern on his journey, gradually developing feelings for him. Over time, she comes to realize she loves Casshern, and her initial hatred transforms into a deep emotional connection. Lyuze ultimately finds peace and dies happily in Casshern's arms, claiming she lived her life to the fullest. Throughout the series, her character evolves from a vengeful pursuer to a loyal companion who learns to accept loss and find meaning in her own existence. Her notable abilities include combat proficiency as a robot, though her greatest strength lies in her capacity for emotional growth and forgiveness.
