Accela Warrick is a character from the anime Solty Rei. She is a young woman of 20 years old with red hair cut to ear-length and green eyes, standing at a height of 155 centimeters. She works as an information specialist and is a member of the PROCEED Team, often seen operating in front of a computer.

In terms of personality, Accela is generally portrayed as a meek, shy, and timid individual. Despite this reserved demeanor, she demonstrates a surprising capacity for aggression and lethality when engaged in combat. Outside of her professional duties, she has a notable passion for cooking and sometimes spends time socializing with her co-workers. She also shows a caring side, as seen when she temporarily takes care of Solty after the main character Roy scolds her.

Accela's role in the story becomes significantly more prominent during the final episodes of the series. Her PROCEED suit, which is white in color, only appears in the last four episodes. This suit is special because it allows her to gain enhanced access to computer networks. A major turning point for her character occurs after her friends are killed at the hands of the R.U.C. Driven by a maddened rage, she takes control of a gargantuan floating vessel named Hilga, which is docked inside the R.U.C. itself. Using Hilga’s powerful hyper beam cannon, she goes on a rampage and destroys large portions of the city.

Her development reaches a climax when she hears a conversation between Solty and Rose. This moment allows her to regain control, and she self-destructs the vessel to stop the hyper beam cannon from firing. Accela survives this ordeal and is later seen recovering in a hospital alongside Integra.
