Naa-san is the beloved pet cat of Tsukishima Kirari and a main character in the series. He has white fur with two large brown spots, one on his right paw and the other covering the left side of his head. His birthday is July 3, making his zodiac sign Cancer. Naa-san is an extraordinarily intelligent cat capable of performing a wide range of tasks that far exceed typical feline abilities. He can sew, cook, clean, and handle household chores, and he has been recognized for his singing talents and his proficiency in English and mathematics. He is even able to repair vending machines. His favorite food is taiyaki. Naa-san shares a very close bond with Kirari; the two can communicate effectively even though his vocabulary is limited to the sound Naa. While Naa‑san does not have a personal quest of his own, his main motivation is to support Kirari in her daily life and her dream of becoming a successful idol. He remains a loyal, dependable companion throughout the story, and his remarkable talents make him an indispensable part of Kirari’s world.
