Chigusa Ikeda is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, born on June 5, 1976. She is a graduate of the music department's vocal program at Ferris Women's University and also trained at the Toei Animation Voice Actor Institute. Throughout her career, she has been affiliated with Aoni Production.

Ikeda is known for playing a wide range of character types, including villains, animals, and young boys. In the series Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z, she voiced the role of Himeko Shirogane, the spoiled rich girl who transforms into the monster Princess. She also played the character Gloria Durrell, an elderly and experienced soldier, in the game Senjō no Valkyria 3: Ta ga Tame no Jūsō. Another of her roles is Colombo in the series Anyamaru Tantei Kiruminzū.

Beyond these, her extensive anime credits include roles in long-running series such as Ojamajo Doremi, One Piece, Kirarin Revolution, and Mirmo!. Her voice work also extends to video games like Rune Factory Frontier and dubbed animations, where she provided the Japanese voice for Emily Elizabeth in Clifford the Big Red Dog. Ikeda holds various licenses and qualifications, including certifications in shamisen, opera, and as a soccer referee.
