In his transformed state as Devilman, Akira possesses a vast array of superhuman abilities. He can fly using the wings that sprout from his back and possesses a powerful healing factor that allows him to recover from severe wounds. His signature offensive abilities include firing powerful energy beams, known as the Devil Beam, from the antenna on his forehead, as well as breathing fire.
