His full name translates to Fuuta of the Stars, a title that reflects the celestial phenomena accompanying his power. He is introduced as a child with short light brown hair and large, dark brown eyes, typically seen wearing a long black and white striped scarf over a black sweatshirt. In the future, he appears as a much taller teenager, often dressed in a white vest over a long-sleeved green shirt with a black tie.
At the core of Fuuta's character is his enormous ranking book, which is nearly half his own height yet somehow fits inside his jacket pocket.
