TV-Series
Description
Bulla, also known as Bra, is the second child and only daughter of Vegeta and Bulma, making her the younger sister of Trunks. As a hybrid of Saiyan and Earthling heritage, she was born in Age 780, making her approximately eleven years old during the events of Dragon Ball GT.

In terms of appearance, Bulla bears a striking resemblance to her mother, Bulma, looking nearly identical to how Bulma appeared in her youth. She has blue hair and typically dresses in a fashionable, urban style that reflects her affluent upbringing and interest in style. Her typical outfit consists of a red midriff top, matching skirt, thigh-high boots, and gloves, accessorized with a gold choker and hoop earrings.

Personality-wise, Bulla is cheerful and spirited, but she has a noticeable spoiled or willful streak that mirrors her mother's temperament. Unlike many other half-Saiyan characters, she has no interest in martial arts, fighting, or training. Instead, her primary passions are shopping for clothes and following fashion trends, activities that align her more with a typical urban teenage girl than a warrior. She is assertive about her femininity, especially when compared to her friend Pan, who is more of a tomboy.

Bulla maintains several key relationships. She is notably close to her father, Vegeta, despite often bickering with him and talking back. In fact, Vegeta appears to be quite indulgent of his daughter, often giving in to her demands. A famous example is when she told him his mustache made him look like a geek, leading him to shave it off immediately. Vegeta is also highly protective of her, demonstrating a softer side that he rarely shows others. She is friends with the other young heroines, including Pan, the daughter of Gohan and Videl, and Marron, the daughter of Krillin and Android 18.

Within the story of Dragon Ball GT, Bulla plays a minor but notable role. She is present when the main characters depart on their journey to find the Black Star Dragon Balls. Her most significant involvement occurs during the Baby Saga, where she is possessed by one of Baby's offspring and placed under the villain's control. While controlled, she is used alongside other possessed Saiyans to transfer her energy to Baby, making him more powerful. She is later freed from this control using sacred water. After this arc, her role in the series is greatly reduced, though she appears in the background during the Super 17 and Shadow Dragon sagas.

In terms of abilities, Bulla has inherited the latent potential of a Saiyan but has not developed it due to her complete disinterest in fighting. She never engages in any significant battles under her own will. However, while under Baby's control, she demonstrates the ability to use flight, also known as bukujutsu, to move through the air. Supplementary materials, such as the Dragon Ball GT Perfect Files, suggest that she does possess the genetic capacity to transform into a Super Saiyan if the right conditions or extreme danger were ever to arise. She has also shown a degree of scientific aptitude, having inherited her mother Bulma's intelligence. Overall, Bulla develops very little throughout GT, remaining a civilian character who prefers the comforts of city life in West City over the rigorous path of a warrior.
