Description
Pan in the English-language version of Dragon Ball GT known as the Blue Water dub is the same character as in the original series, presented with her full family background intact. She is the daughter of Gohan and Videl, the granddaughter of Goku on her father's side and Mr. Satan on her mother's side, and a quarter-Saiyan with three-quarters Earthling heritage. She is the first female Saiyan-Earthling hybrid in her family line. By the time of Dragon Ball GT, Pan is a pre-teen girl living on Earth, and she is initially astonished by the changes she sees in her grandfather, who has been transformed back into a child.
Her personality is energetic, headstrong, and fearless. She is determined and independent, with a fiery temperament and a strong willingness to speak her mind, even when doing so puts her at odds with others. She dislikes being treated as a helpless child and is eager to prove that she can take care of herself and contribute meaningfully in a fight. Alongside this assertive streak, she is deeply loyal, caring, and protective of her family and friends, with a strong sense of empathy for the people around her.
