Caitlynne Medrek is a Canadian actress and voice artist born on November 19, 1989, in Calgary, Alberta. She began her career in community theatre at a young age and is a graduate of the Canadian College of Performing Arts. Her voice work in anime has been primarily associated with Calgary-based studios such as Blue Water Studios and Ocean Productions.

Medrek has built an extensive portfolio of anime voice roles, often for English dubs. One of her earliest and most notable roles was as Miu Matsuoka in the series Strawberry Marshmallow. She is also well-known for voicing Mikoto Minagi in My-HiME and its related series My-Otome. In the Dragon Ball franchise, she provided the voice for a young Pan in the Blue Water dub of Dragon Ball GT. Other significant anime credits include Puffy Angel in D.I.C.E., Soyo Tokugawa in Gintama°, Chidori Takashiro in Kiznaiver, and Gaeun in The Haunted House: The Secret of the Ghost Ball.

Her work spans multiple series within the Cardfight!! Vanguard and Future Card Buddyfight franchises. She voiced Rin Hashima in Cardfight!! Vanguard G, Cardfight!! Vanguard G NEXT, and Cardfight!! Vanguard G Stride Gate-hen. In the Buddyfight series, her roles included Ion Nanana in Future Card Buddyfight Ace and Ku Teito in Future Card Buddyfight Battsu and Future Card Buddyfight X: All-Star Fight. She has also lent her voice to various video games, including Cinnamon in Mega Man X: Command Mission, Elpeo Puru in the Dynasty Warriors Gundam series, and Lacus Clyne in Battle Assault 3 Featuring Gundam SEED.

Beyond anime, Medrek's career is characterized by recurring work across different media. She voiced the character Dawn in the animated series Total Drama: Revenge of the Island. She also had a recurring live-action role as Grace Stussy in the third season of the television series Fargo. A significant recurring role was as Claire Daniels in the award-winning web series Out with Dad, for which she received critical recognition.

For her performance in Out with Dad, Medrek received several accolades, including the Indie Soap Award for Best Breakthrough Performance in 2013 and the LA Web Series Festival Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2014. She was also nominated for Best Supporting Actress for the same role at the Indie Soap Awards in both 2014 and 2015. Her work in theatre has also been recognized; she received the Betty Mitchell Award for Best Leading Actress in a Musical for her role as Mrs. Wilkinson in Theatre Calgary's production of Billy Elliot the Musical. In 2020, she was named one of Calgary's Top 40 Under 40 by Avenue Magazine.
