Dextera is a male ES member working for the Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs, or GOTT, where he holds the elite S-class rank. He is recognizable by his short red hair and red eyes, and at eighteen years of age, he presents a calm and courageous demeanor in battle. On the surface, Dextera may appear blunt, but he is actually quite polite and sociable. He serves as a trusted confidant to Eclipse, the director of GOTT, and has built a reputation as a reliable agent who has successfully completed countless missions. Dextera works in a partnership with Sinistra, and the two of them are known for their mystery and strength, though his abilities are functionally linked to his partner. His specific power is called Anywhere, which allows him to perfectly detect absolute space coordinates, a skill that can be applied to enable teleportation and is only usable in conjunction with Sinistra. Together, they can perform a combination technique known as Mono Dimension String, which creates an incredibly sharp one-dimensional thread capable of cutting through any substance. Dextera holds absolute trust in GOTT and demonstrates strong leadership characteristics, which is fitting given his position as a right-hand operative to the organization's leadership. Early in the storyline, he and Sinistra are trapped in another dimension by a warp gate but are later freed and return to participate in the final battle, showing their resilience and value as top-tier agents.
